Considering that the length of a day is 24 hours, 3:07pm is really only about 1 hour late, or about 4.2% of the day. If the latest Democratic poll in Pennsylvania put Hillary and Barack within 4.2% of each other, everyone would say that was very close AND probably within the margin of error. In conclusion, 米凯力 was actually on time.
